About Me

A young woman with long, wavy, light brown hair smiling at the camera, wearing a colorful patterned shirt with pink, blue, and yellow designs.

Glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of clinical experience. I’ve worked in non-profit settings with survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault/abuse, and human trafficking. In private practice settings, I have carried over that specialty but also work with a wider range of clinical issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD (particularly with late-diagnosed women), mood disorders, grief, addiction, and general stress management.

In sessions with me you can expect warmth, a dash of humor and nerdiness (therapy doesn’t always have to be heavy and serious), and a down-to-earth non-dogmatic approach. I’m your biggest cheerleader and will also help you identify areas of growth and potential change.

I love the work I do and I continually engage in training, consultation, and my own therapy for my personal and professional growth. I am LGBTQ-affirming, sex positive, and kink informed.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me working on one of my many unfinished craft projects, playing board games or Dungeons & Dragons, or in a cuddle puddle with my three cats.
