Billing & Fees

  • Therapy Intake/Diagnostic Evaluation: $190

  • 60-minute Therapy Follow-up: $170

I’m an in-network provider with commercial Anthem plans. If you’d like to use out-of-network benefits for other plans, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

I manage billing myself, so you can expect transparency and ease of communication for any billing questions or concerns. I can provide you with a superbill if you’d like to use your out-of-network benefits to help cover the cost.
